Integrated Logistics Philippines was formed in April 1996 to answer the growing demands of logistical needs through ASEAN, with group-owned warehouse and high-standard services.

Over P 160 M (1996) was invested to build high- specification warehouse, and to be equipped with bonded warehouse license, warehouse management system, and cargo trace system
